Movement Coach for Climbers

I work at the intersection of movement training and climbing performance.

My focus is simple:
help climbers move better, feel more in control on the wall, and build a stronger foundation for long-term progress.

I’ve been coaching for around 10 years across climbing, parkour, strength training, and performance coaching.

Over time, my work has become centered around one idea:

Improving movement quality to improve climbing efficiency.

My Approach

Climbing improves when you can:

  • control your body in different positions
  • use your hips and feet more effectively
  • reduce unnecessary tension
  • move with awareness instead of effort

I focus on movement quality over isolated strength or flexibility work, combining ideas from climbing, gymnastics, parkour, and movement science to make movement more usable on the wall.
