1. Elephant Walks - 10-20 repetitions
2. Pike Stretch + Hip Extension - 10-20 reps, 10 sec hold for the final rep
3. Hungar Wrist Series - 5 - 10 repetitions
4. Rockover Reaches - 10-20 repetitions
5. Horse Stance Drop Down - 10-20 repetitions
6. Leg Swings - 30 seconds - 1 minute
7. One Arm Bridge Rotation - 3 - 5 repetitions per side
8. Pistol Squat Get Up - 5 - 10 repetitions
9. Table Extension - 10 -20 repetitions, hold the extended position for 10 - 20 seconds
10. Pancake Forward Fold - 5 - 10 repetitions
